The accident investigators and many other witnesses are telling what happened is quite different from what the tow truck driver has told them. Now they are looking into the tow truck sideswiping her because he was pissed, and knocked her off of her bike with the drivers fender/door, then she fell under the rear wheels and was crushed. This is why the autopsy and investigation reports still have not been completed. It could become a case of vehicular homicide, instead of an accident... More to follow as info comes forth.
