Knife Twisted In Neck
Rotating the knife during withdrawal causes another wound leading to am L shaped stab injury. The direction of a stab wound injury, as in this case from an upward-downward direction eliminate allegations of accidental stabbing, the victim ran toward the knife. Major blood vessels and the trachea are commonly involved in stab neck inuries Stabs through cartilidge, such as the trachea, give a good idea about the type of the knife used. The last picture shows clearly that a single bladed knife was used and it also gives an idea about the bridth of the blade. Look at the chest hairs that have got into the neck dissection!
