I'm not sure it's a coffin for burial. Looks like there is metal inside, and there is no lid. So I guess it's for transportation to the morgue - just more fancy than the usual plastic ones. So who knows - maybe somebody somewhere has learned from the massive cry on DR for decency to the corpses. And if so, this at least doesn't spoil the site (DR) like covering with sheets would  Btw I have today alone rejected two or three possible posts, because the corpse was covered - who wants to look at that here. Just imagine: a minute or so of nothing but a reproter and a covered corpse. Don't they have anything to put into the news  So covering is done in South America too like here - just hope it won't get more widespread. |
