I had this happen at my store once, a little old lady. Her daughter told her she didn't pay for the candy but she insisted that she did, I knew her as a regular rx patient with alzheimer's. I just winked at her daughter and waved them on, then had my coworker ring up another of the bars and paid for it myself. What fuckwad at that store called the cops over a fucking candy bar in the first place, that person is a douche. Whichever cop did that to that old man, I hope they rot in hell.
