Killed by Mafia

This dude was kidnapped by the mafia this past Wednesday morning, he was driving his car along with his 20 yr old daughter. This happenned about 2 miles from my home, his head was all covered with duct tape, and some parts of his body mutilated, the genitalia for example, was removed. There was a written message on the body, but it has not been revealed yet.

actually i dont know where kelly lives, but this happened in TIJUANA. He got killed for giving a newspaper a more recent photo of a cartel leader. the road sign reads...ROSARITO/ENSENADA.
