it's hard to tell where the wound is, i dont think its the throat, that look's like congealed blood, there is a small wound to his left chest, but it look's to high to be fatal, jury's out on this one.

I hate guessing off of a few pics but right side back of head there is a bunch of blood that has leaked out. Neck looks superficial. May be hole in left shoulder. Best bet, sneak attack, shot to back of head
