The mayor of the Vizcatán del Ene district, Alejandro Atao Guerreros and the justice of the peace of the San Migue del Ene town center denounced the murder of 18 people, including men, women and children.

According to an act of verbal complaint, which was released by Fernando Rospigliosi and confirmed by some national media, it occurred on May 23 at 9:00 at night.
