Necrotizing fasciaitus. A friend of mine had this back in 1993. He lost a leg. He made medical history because his cells actually mutated to fight the disease. Catch it early!

Este es uno de esos casos muy graves. Mi hermanito fue atacado por esa "bacteria come carne" cuando era un bebé, la bactería estaba devorando sus órganos internos. Según se, solo a 1 de 10 casos como estos se logra sobrevivir. Mi hermano ya tiene 12 años y le quedó una tremenda cicatriz a todo el costado del cuerpo (por las operaciones), pero se recuperó del todo. Es impactante. |
