My wife told me she stabbed her brother in the head with a dart when they were younger. I thought that was pretty bad but then she told me he tried to throw her off the balcony of their apartment amongst other things. Italians are violent hobbits! lol

it look's as though the dart has missed the scull bone, and gone into the eye socket, that's the reason it look's so deep, its not that rare, although it does deserve a bull's eye score of 50. lad
