Sad that these pics look like they came from a third world country. Hard to believe this is our backyard. Side note most of these fucks stayed back to loot! thinking it wouldnt be that bad! good ridance to them.

Send them to the governor of LA and the mayor of New Orleans, you mean. They're the ones who bungled the evacuation (such as an entire fleet of school buses that was found idle after the storm).

Is it bad also that I am more saddened by the dogs in the picture than the people?
Not everyone has the means to evacuate, genius. It's expensive and the city and government failed to provide adequate transportation/care for the poor and immobile. Gross lack of empathy you have there
