this is REAL! not fake. I've posted this image before without the cocky caption underneath, the boy was hit by a car and was thrown a few feet away, his pants are pulled down because of the force, the boy.. was offered milk whilest he was still alive but shortly after died of his injuries. |

Seriously? Offered milk? "Here you go little boy. You've just been hit by a car, you're bleeding profusely from a head injury, you're lying on the pavement with your pants down... I know what you need! A glass of milk! That's right! Forget attempting to stem the blood loss from your injury. Forget trying to keep your airways clear in the hopes that an ambulance can get to you in time. No! You need a frosty glass of milk!"
