Just for Talking a Few Mins. to the Chic of a Criminal.
Without knowing this man met a girl on his friend's house that she was having a relationship with a sicario and he found out, and before seeing her gone with this good man he just waiting a few hours on his way out of the village decided to do what he enjoys doing to his neighbors.

I took it to mean some guy had the misfortune to chat up a girl he had just met at his friend's house - perhaps at some sort of gathering like a barbecue, or to watch a soccer match - without realizing she was the girlfriend of a professional killer. Mr. Professional Killer finds about that someone is trying to move in on his girl - perhaps in a text message from someone trying to curry favor - and ambushes the poor guy outside town.
