Pic #5 is the back of her skull, that's been shaved.
Pic #1 is her neck, dissected to show that her airway is full of mud.
Pic #8 is her bare skull, showing hair stuck in one of her fractures.
Pic #11 is her uterus cut open to reveal the face of her fetus... The 2 white globes have lenses on top of them.
These are my best guesses.

Great guesses! Thanks for those! It would be great if you could give any insight or guesses on the other posts this person shares. The most recent one has some good dissections but I’m not sure what part of the anatomy I’m looking at on some of the pics.
