The thing that pisses me off about joy-riding is that prosecutors and some cops take it lightly, like it's just a fuck up that's all in good fun, but when joyriders get a bit older and get their hands on guns, they tend to graduate into carjackings, and then it's only a matter of time before someone ends up dead. I say nip it in the bud and throw the book at the dumb little shits.

I agree with you shadow. They don't learn anything if they know that their not going to get in trouble. If the little shit's are old enough to steal a car then their old enough for hard time. I think one time in jail will teach alot of the little shit's that think that they have big ball's.
