I think the 2nd one could be Dahmer--check the jawline, it's totally different from Bundy's. Also Dahmer had a slight overbite like the 2nd picture.

That is why I thought the first picture was a possibility. Jeff was set up by two black racists, one of whom, christopher scarver, thought he was God. If memory serves, scarver killed him, too. |
