Yeah, sentences for murder are ridiculously low in Brazil, with people often serving only a few years max for 2nd degree murder. On the other hand, their prisons are horror-shows of carnage and managing to survive one for even a few months or years is quite a challenge in itself. |

i like the .22 rifle with long magazine. wish its easy to own one like that in the Philippines. modify that barrel to a longer one and it will make a good small-game hunting rifle here....
