Well, we Canadians have our whack-jobs too, unfortunately. Col. Williams was Commander of Canada's largest air force base, CFB Trenton. Raped and murdered two women; terrorized several others. Now cooling his jets for the rest of his life in Kingston Penitentiary.
This whole affair was very de-moralizing to the decent men and women serving in the Canadian Armed Forces.
