That's not why they're being killed. People in Iraq think that those who are Emo are gay. Muslims and very anti-gay, and there are groups who are targeting these kids because they're accused of being gay. A hit-list of Emo kids was sent around a neighborhood, encouraging people to kill them. I think the list had 14 names, of which 13 were young men.
