An 113 is not a tank.
It is an Armored Personnel Carrier (APC).
They are lightly armored. Very old tech.

IMHO, it looks like it was hit with, at least one,
“flechette” type round. Probably from a REAL tank. (T-72)
Ammo that is anti-infantry/Anti-light armor.

(think of it as: not high-explosive.. but lots of shrapnel)
