Soon after the crime, he was arrested by the PM, still with the objects stolen, and confessed. He also said that he committed the robbery because he owed R $ 1,000 (one thousand reais) to drug dealers in Bairro Liberdade, and that if he did not pay, he would be killed.

The delegate on duty, accompanied by experts from the Technical Police Department (DPT), carried out the usual work. The victim had 07 perforations from gun shots (entry and exit), 01 in the back, 02 in the head, 03 in the left arm and 01 in the neck. At the site, 01 firearm projectile, caliber 38 was found.

After the expert work, the body was removed to the Legal Medical Institute of Teixeira de Freitas for exams of Legal Medicine, and later, it will be released to the relatives for burial.
