Inmate Going to Be Transfered Assaulted and Beheaded by Other Inmates
An inmate (35) was attacked and killed on the afternoon of Tuesday (7/9/2015) by several other inmates, armed with knives, when officers leading the detainee to the prison pavilion, from where he would be transferred to a closed regime prison. He was a member of a criminal gang operating in the Amazon area. The victim had been sworn to death by the other inmates in the unit. A group of prisoners began the assault with knives. Then the victim was decapitated. An investigation will be opened to discover the identity of those involved. The detainee was arrested in April in Rio de Janeiro with two other criminals. Police believe the trio had gone to Rio de Janeiro to negotiate with another criminal drug traficking group which operates in Rio. In the building where the arrest took place the MP seized 1kg of marijuana.    |

You can see they've hit him with a doubled blade in the second pic. They used to be popular with razor gangs who discovered two slashes close together were impossible to stitch up without grotesque scars. But somehow I doubt those scars are gonna bother our unfortunate friend here.
