Inmate Was Found Hanged
An inmate was found dead on the afternoon of Thursday (21) at the State Penitentiary Licorice. Bruno, who was serving a sentence for robbery, was found with a rope tied around his neck hung on a soccer goal. The case is similar to what happened in March when the internal André 28, was also found in the same circumstances. With today's death the number reaches 16 of inmates found dead inside the prison of Rio Grande do Norte only in 2016. Last year, 28 men died in prison units in the state, 25 were killed with knives or found hanged in suspicious circumstances. Others died trapped after the collapse of a tunnel.  ·  · |

It doesn't look like he struggled if he was murdered. At least no marks I can see that he tried to pull the noose off. Maybe he got tired of being bottom bitch.  |
