Re: Indy/Formula One: Fatal and Non Fatal Crash Photos (Stop Motion, Color, B&W)

Thank you for the kind words

Now if there was a conspiracy that I might believe it would be his team and the steering column breaking like you described

Because if the team felt at fault or was at fault and the last frames show a steering column failure, I could see them "losing" those frames

But its highly unlikely

And Senna was the last great driver, everyone that came after his death sucks and would get their asses drug up and down the track by Senna all day long
Going through this thread it's seriously fantastic as someone got into racing a few years ago after learning about Senna, been obsessed ever since (Even got some beautiful signed art from some of the engineers who worked on some of his cars at McLaren). I was curious if you don't mind answering anyways, have your feelings changed at all since 2012 in regards to drivers who have had meteoric careers since like LH (Whose hero is also Senna which has always made me like him.)?

Not that it matters I was just curious your thoughts a decade+ later since I noticed this comment was made in 2012 which is just around the time his rise was accelerating. That said I think even LH would agree that there will never be another Senna or anyone like him though and that he had no equal, no one drove like him and if they try they would never get close. Genuine one of a kind. Just wanted to probe your brain compared to your thoughts nearly exactly to the day 12 years later.

Thanks a lot by the way for this post, I have also been on a kick of trying to collect rare photos/videos of this stuff and I know how hard it can be so the dedication and effort put into this thread is seriously amazing I don't think people realize just how rare some of these pictures are and how lucky we are to see them, thanks mate.

Thanks for the kind words, and yes there have been great drivers since Senna for sure and there are great drives this present day

I just live in the past and have great memories of the 80's and early 90's F-1

I still believe he would dominate todays F-1

Does anyone have the Neil Bonnet and Rodney Orr autopsy photos? I haven't seen them in years since they got scrubbed
