I learned that you ever disconnect the system, earh it, take precautions that nobody tampers the system or switch it on. ALWAYS MEASURE that there is NO POWER ON THE LINE! A Breaker can be faulty. |

I used to investigate accidents at airports, and it happens a lot that techs die when working on high voltage light systems. We called them crispy critter cases. GUy works on runway lights 2 miles from the tower control room, and some idiot comes back from lunch and turns on the voltage!

We're seeing a hell of a lot of industrial accidents, many that didn't look possible. I suppose that's what they thought as they were being twisted; flattened; pulled; spun around; sucked in and spat out Amazing videos  |
