Re: Industrial Accident: Worker Sucked Head & Arms First, into Big Fan
There could be multiple scenarios of why you'd have something powered to troubleshoot. He probably fucked up in the common sense department. Martin - Jose, let me stick my head inside the fan so I can hear if the motor is trying to start. Kick it on when I tell you, eh? Jose - Ok, esé. |

Re: Industrial Accident: Worker Sucked Head & Arms First, into Big Fan
rule number 1. De-energize equipment to be maintained. Rule number 2. Tie your shoes. I know that was kinda lame but i really just wanted to say that i can see by the photos he was spun around at great speed by the fan, causing his shoes to fly off and not be seen since. SO yeah he was deeper in this fan than that ugly fat motherfucker Ron Jeremy was in Linda Lovelace. and thats DEEP.It wasnt worth loosing his head over though. |
