Indonesian Hanging Suicide
This young woman was discovered hanging in the living area of her boarding house. The village she was in was fairly small and thus the Village Midwife was called to do do the forensic examination rather than a coroner. Though no note or motive was provided, the formal determination was suicide. The findings reported to the news included that the girl had hanged herself on a 1.5 meter nylon rope. Her tongue was protruding with saliva noted on her chin. Her knees were slightly off the floor. The presence of urine was noted on the floor and down the length of her track pants. Feces was noted on the buttocks. Indonesia is usually a pretty conservative country with postmortem photography, especially where women are concerned. I have seen many photos where they censored an ankle or a midriff that was exposed. Uncharacteristically, this series includes several uncensored images of the midwife tugging down the girl's trackies to examine her underpants and genitals. This is done to rule out any obvious sexual trauma and also to verify the presence of feces and/or urine in the underwear, as this is regarded as a common sign of hanging (which it is, technically), so is often used to corroborate a verdict of suicide. The family accepted the midwife's ruling and refused an autopsy, saying they agreed it was a legitimate suicide.  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |

Captain explanator from Indonesia here to help.. In small villages in Indonesia , doctors are very uncommon. So they sometimes bring the help of nurses at the local community healthcare centre to help out. Captain out. |

yeah she pissed them good. you can see the piss stains in most of the pictures plus it was in the report that there was piss on the floor funny tho that she had her tongue sticking out in them selfies and also it stuck out when she hanged herself. |
