No, they don't muck around, but neither do the cartels,
and so far, it seems like the cartels are winning. I hope
these WERE cartel members, and not just bystanders in
the wrong place at the wrong time.

I agree over drug's, I just watched a show on all the main Mexican cartel's and they do NOT mess around!!!!

I don't think, 2 men were wearing vests. The only one to not be was the man with a head wound.
