Indian Ripped Apart in the Amazon by Jaguar
An indigenous man died when he was attacked and his body devoured by a jaguar painted on Sunday afternoon, 10, in a forest reserve in the municipality of Boca do Acre, distant 1,028 kilometers from Manaus. The jaguar was devouring the body when it was found and shot dead in the middle of the woods by other members of the tribe to which the Indian attacked the animal. The surviving Indian returned running to the tribe and after forming a hunting party, returned to the middle of the forest in search of the Indian captured and dragged by the jaguar, but he had already been devoured and only the lower part of his body remained . In his version told at the headquarters of the Forestry Department of Boca do Acre, the Indian who escaped death told that he saw the jaguar biting his friend around the neck and dragged his body along the trail until disappearing in the middle of the bush. The boy was armed with a shotgun, shot but could not hit the animal and did not shoot at other times because he was afraid to hit the friend who was still alive when he was dragged by the jaguar. The part of the trunk has been devoured by the jaguar, and the photographs released on Monday morning in some groups of WhatsApp show that only the head, the hip and the legs of the Indian were left. The police of the Forest Police Station issued a general warning to all the indigenous communities of Boca do Acre to take extra care and to be alert mainly during the hunts and walks in the long tracks existing in the immense areas of forests of the municipality. |

I read about that one- the lady was trying to get a selfie with it and went “past the barrier “...unfortunately for her the Jaguar didn’t give a shit about her “duck face” selfie...it got to do to her what I wanna do every time I see a ridiculous selfie.....
