I think the pictures are in reverse order. He wasn't shot but got glass fragment injuries, then was helped out and walked it off.

photos are in reverse order. the sequence from bottom to top shows the medic checking the victim then assisting the victim out of the car.

^ i think he needs to start speed-browsing at least.
