Inconsiderate Jerk Leaves Blood All Over Public Sidewalk
Police responding to a tip have found an inconsiderate dead guy who left blood and body fluids all over the public sidewalk. The Officer in charge stated "Being dead can not be accepted as an excuse for such a breach of public health regulations." The Chief Medical Examiner said "Oh yuck and icky poo"
