Looks like an accident of some sort.
There are pieces of brick and looks like mortar around him.

Something fell on him, he was thrown off a vehicle and hit it or maybe the rebar and block flew off a truck and hit him.

It would take a lot of strength to ram that blunt ended rebar through him like that.


Maybe he pissed off the Hulk.
