Yeah in the wiki it says that the kid's parents maintain that they were set up and are simply a victim of political corruption in the Ukraine. Hopefully this will serve as supporting evidence.

i did the only reaon he didnt die and kept moving gasping for air was because they failed to destroy the sarabellum part of the brain which regulates involuntary body functions such as breathing.  |
