There is the pic, what is wrong with this computer? IED stands for "Improvised Explosive Device". Sort of like a Claymore, they put a modified explosive(how people can't see where they dug is beyond me)underneath the road, and by wire, cellphone, or other electronic device, they detonate at the right time. Well now that I think about it, based sheerly on the info and pic, either it was a failed suicide bombing attempt, or he really did have an IED in the car and it...failed...
