On April 28th in Brazil, a 39yo woman was shot a reported 12 times.

Her husband, pictured, used to go out drinking every Saturday night with her but that night, two men on a motorcycle approached them and started firing a gun. The husband and wife ran in opposite directions but the wife was gunned down. The motive for her murder was not known.

I think that Brazil should re-configure it's army to two person teams, each on a motorbike with a Glock 17 and 1000 rounds of ammunition. They could rule the world if they wanted.
