Hospital Dropoff
The body of a teenaged girl was dumped at the front gates to the local medical center at dawn yesterday morning. She had a garment wrapped around her head and a point-blank bullet wound in her face. She has been identified and police are investigating the case.

Outside a health centre at 5am on 18th April 2019 in Ocumare del Tuy (Venezuela), the body of 15 year old F.Y.M.M. was found. Her body was removed from the scene 6 hours later.

Definitely by association... I see a couple signs of remorse or guilt. The covering of the head/face and the dropping off at the hospital. Someone felt bad about what they did but not bad enough to risk getting caught.
