Re: Horrendous Practices During Forensic Examinations at Indian Government Hospital
Have you ever heard about forensic examination or autopsy using rusted knifes and hammers? In Indian hospitals, forensic surgeons rarely comes for medical examination of corpse. A postmortem is necessary to determine the cause of death and considered as a valuable document in legal disputes. However, autopsies in Indian hospitals are mostly carried out by unskilled employees. These are some of the most disturbing lasting images of the terrible life and death in India. They may be tasteless as well as offensive but the logic in posting them makes some sense. These dead bodies are left on the open floor while rats and dogs eat body parts. |
