Trying to decide if it is real.. My boyfriend is a Paramedic/Firefighter and took one look and said this is complete crap. Staged and ridiculous.

Looks like a basilar skull fracture in addition to a fractured skull. He bled heavily out his ears, nose and mouth from the BSF. All the blood on the part of his face furthest from the ground being from heavy bleeding from his ear. A severe BSF severs the big arteries/veins from the torso to the head that go up/down the sides of the neck. |

one thing i know. He suffered a lot before dying. the heart did not stop pumping blood out until it was too long already and too much blood flood.
