Probably smoking crack or Meth...and drinking some type of booze while wrapped in blankets. It's Brazil so I'm fairly certain it's just a complex murder. By the way...can you imagine working Homicide anywhere in Brazil? I wonder what their caseloads are and the clearance rates.

You would a decent amount of accelerate to engulf a mam and keep him burning. Poor fellow.

I had a transient guy one time that was smoking Meth and accidentally dropped the hot glass pipe into his lap. That caused him to drop the butane torch also into his lap. The butane torch burned his groin, penis, and balls, and caught his sleeping bag on fire, which in turn caught his pants on fire, which melted his polyester blend underware to his penis and testicles. This minor and very painful conflagration then caught the locally historical building he was sleeping near to catch on fire. After all the various fires were put out by the local firefighters, the historical building was half burned, but saved. This guys penis, balls, and groin area had third degree burns and he had to spend six months bent over a bed in the local burn ward peeing out of a tube and pooping into a pan. He almost burned his penis off. Very very painful and many many surgeries and skin graphs.

I wonder if he gave up the habit and got a job to pay off his hospital bills!!
