This pic is actually from an Arkansas unidentified persons case from the early 90's. What makes this case unusual is that the perp was caught and sentenced but the victim has never been identified. She actually had pictures of herself in her possession as well but even with those, nobody has come forward to ID her. Here are a couple of links for anyone interested. Very sad seeing all those dead women and even worse when their eyes are open and one can only imagine the horror they felt and experienced during their last moments of life. May they all be at peace now RIP  |

Looks suspiciously "Fake", She has no discoloration and the regular looking guy just strutting past in his jeans doesn't really add to the authenticity either. Perhaps a snuff porn screengrab? |
