It’s not just California, 23 states DC and Puerto Rico have abolished the death penalty while California, Oregon and Pennsylvania all have imposed moratoriums.

Yes, going to death row in most places gets you a single person cell, more access to the outside world for your appeals, much better than being in Gen Pop

That last photo made me sick. I can only imagine how terrified she was those final moments seeing what this monster was doing to her. Just look what he did to her body!  I have children who are forced to share this beautiful world with the ugliest of humanity and it's fucking terrifying! |
