In the morning, two men, identified as Jose Negrao Weslei Rocha, 27, known as 'Bibi', and Louis Adevaldo Lima, 32, were executed with several shots at the corner of Avenida Urucutuba with Rua São Mateus. The two were onboard a bike with plate HWW-3624 (CE).
