Hit-and-Run Kills Unidentified Man on the Ilheus-Itacare Highway, 2013
An unidentified man was struck and killed in the early hours of January 1, 2013, on the BA-001 Ilheus-Itacare highway near Joia do Atlantico in Ilheus, Bahia, Brazil. The vehicle did not stop, and the man died at the scene. Palm branches were placed across the roadway around the body as an improvised warning to approaching drivers.  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |
