Sometimes you wonder if it was intentional because there have been cases where female and male joggers and cyclists have been run over because of theyre lycra clothing.

that should be used as an ad here in the philippines. cyclist on the road thinks they own it and moves right in the middle of the highways. taking for granted that bigger vehicles will avoid them. granted that they will be given allowances but right in the middle is taking it a bit too much. one of them should get that here once in a while to teach them to give allowances to other vehicles too.
