Im probably wrong but I think this was posted a while ago, and it was part of a set. It turned out it was a pregnant woman working on a news stand who was hit by a bus/car, and in one of the pics you can see the poor baby. So sad  I cant remember when it was though or where in the world....I'll see if I can find the original thread and compare (it was a good while ago).
