Man if that dude was hit by a car that fled the scene, what is that fucked up, windshield broken, SUV down the hill? If I had to guess I would say he fell out of his own car and got rolled on. Although I do see part of a bicycle tire in one picture, that could be anybody's. Something wrong with the story off that brazil blog.

The windshield (a.k.a. "windscreen" 
) on the car is damaged and it looks like there is a car side mirror near his feet with paint that matches the car.
