I didn't think they would have bolt cutters on them but maby someone could have gotten some or some sort of tool that would have done the job that's all

Jon-Paul Gilhooley Age: 10 Jon-Paul Gilhooley was the youngest person to lose their life at Hillsborough: he was just 10 years old. Said to be caring and affectionate, the schoolboy especially loved swimming, playing football and horse-riding. The fact that his cousin, Steven Gerrard, went on to captain Liverpool would have made Jon-Paul 'very proud', his mother Jackie told the inquests. 30 years after the 'disaster' occurred and people are still asking why no one cut them out with bolt cutters.
