This has been posted here before, but it didn't say that he lived. He looks pretty dead. If he is alive, he must just be unconscious. Probably for the best, since his face would be fucked up. |

Yeah i've seen it before but the pics weren't as high quality, I think. Suspicious though, there's an ambulance right next to him.. why would they leave him? Or he's stuck.. |

If he were alive they would not leave him dangling to choke to death, I would say you would need a crow bar to get him out of that, he's well and truly stuck, I struggle to know what is real or fake anymore. I do not see damage to his feet? |
