Cheap ass helmet, probably worth ~£20 , following no safety specifications and it's just enough to avoid fines for helmetless riding... I found some of these being sold as kid's toys at a funfair  |

helmets are not 1 size fits all, he got a little pea head n the helmet is to big for him... never mind, wash it off and his brother can have it
