The victim, ex-convict, 45, wearing boots, was seen talking to a man who arrived with him on a bike to the place (so at the start of the story they were 2 dudes on 1 bike)by populars, who then heard a gunshot and saw the victim dead leaning against the barbed wire fence and saw the man who was talking with him running away for some reason.
The man was killed with a shot to the forehead.
He was accused of having committed a murder two years ago.
This is the second Flip Flops-unrelated crime occurred in the area in the last 24 hours, and the Police are very concerned about it
