It almost appears as if something very large and heavy drove over the top of both him and his bike at some point. Alot of that looks like crush injuries rather than blunt force trauma. Especially the prolapsed intestines, and the way his helmet seems to have been crushed and dragged. Would be interesting to know exactly what happened here. Perhaps he hit a truck, slid underneath, and the wheels went over him and the bike.
